Dumbbells out. Camera on (if you fancy). Join me LIVE on Zoom for home strength workouts designed with women over 40 in mind. Build strength and confidence with personal encouragement, practical adaptations and plenty of real life along the way. Everyone is welcome.
There’s coaching, encouragement and plenty of huffing and puffing. There might also be a wobbly rep, a noisy dog and the odd delivery from the postman. It’s live. That’s rather the point.
- Three strength sessions each week, around 45 minutes — made for your lunch break
- Personal adaptations and encouragement as we go
- Recordings available 24/7 — train whenever it suits you
- Dumbbells and a resistance band if you have one. No big room needed — have you seen how small mine is?!
Designed with women 40+ in mind. Everyone is welcome, whether you’re starting out or finding your strength again.

Before you jump in...
Is Byrewell LIVE suitable for beginners over 40?
No. We start with where you are. I can offer adaptations during the live sessions. Tell me about your experience and any concerns when you enquire so we can discuss a suitable starting point.
How does the free week work?
Send me your details and I’ll arrange your trial week and explain how to join on Zoom. You don’t need to start a PayPal subscription to enquire about a trial.
Can I watch the workouts on demand?
Recordings are included and available 24/7, so you can fit your 45-minute session around your day.
What dumbbells do I need for home strength training?
A pair of dumbbells is a useful starting point, with a resistance band if you have one. The right weights depend on your experience and the exercise. Tell me what you have before your trial and I’ll help you choose a starting point. You don’t need to buy a whole rack.
Can I join during perimenopause or menopause?
Yes. Byrewell LIVE welcomes women navigating perimenopause and menopause. We can discuss your experience, energy levels and any concerns before you start, with adaptations during sessions. Coaching supports your fitness and wellbeing; it doesn’t replace individual medical advice.
Can I work with you one to one?
Yes. I offer personal strength coaching online and in person. Get in touch to discuss your goals, availability and pricing.
Is workplace wellbeing just for women?
No. Byrewell at Work welcomes all employees. We tailor the conversation and practical activities to your cohort.
