A very LIVE workout.
Dumbbells out. Camera on, if you fancy. Join me on Zoom for strength sessions that meet you where you are.
There’s coaching, encouragement and plenty of huffing and puffing. There might also be a wobbly rep, a noisy dog and the odd delivery from the postman. It’s live. That’s rather the point.
I’ll guide you through the exercises and offer options along the way. Miss a session? Use the recording when it suits you.

Your Christmas programme.
£60
Programme ends on 20 December 2026. Later joiners finish on the same date.
Then £34/month from 11 January 2027, billed monthly on the 11th until cancelled. Cancel before 11 January to avoid the first monthly payment.
The £60 pays for the Christmas programme. PayPal may label this as a one-time setup fee. Products are optional and cost extra.

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Cancel future payments in PayPal’s automatic payments, or email Alison to arrange a pause or for help. For questions about cancellation or refunds for the Christmas programme, email alison@byrewell.com before purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Before you jump in...
Can I join after 2 November?
Yes. You’re welcome to join once we’ve started; everyone finishes on 20 December. The price shown at checkout applies.
Do I have to attend live?
No. Recordings are available so you can fit the sessions around your day.
What equipment do I need?
Dumbbells, a mat if you use one, and enough room to move safely. If you’re unsure about weights or getting started, email Alison before joining.
Do I have to buy Tropic products?
No. Your consultation is included. Products are optional and purchased separately. Contact Alison to confirm your first qualifying order and discount before buying.
What happens in January?
The New Year programme and £34 monthly membership begin on Monday 11 January 2027. Monthly payments continue on the 11th until cancelled. You’ll have access to workout recordings over the Christmas break; Alison will share the links.
What happens after checkout?
PayPal will provide your subscription confirmation. Alison will verify your signup and email your joining details and pre-exercise questionnaire. Reply to that email to arrange your personal call and skincare consultation. Please complete your PAR-Q screening form before your first workout. Alison will review it and contact you about any follow-up needed.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes. You can cancel or pause at any time. Cancel through PayPal’s automatic payments, or email Alison to arrange a pause before your next payment. Cancelling future billing is separate from any refund request for the Christmas programme.
